LIFE IS SO GOOD WHEN YOU FEEL GOOD!

this was my workout partner this morning :) we CRUSHED CrossFit’s “Helen.” 3 rounds, 400m run, 21 kettle bell swings, 12 pull-ups.  I got 9:36, a 4sec PR!!!

we are BOTH powered by REAL FOOD. we are BOTH SHT veterans, and we are BOTH going thru the ATAVIST Purist Fat Loss program and ROCKING IT.

did you know, having a good life is synonymous with feeling good?  when you feel good, things tend to go “your way.”  and when you don’t feel good, things tend to go “wrong.”  if you haven’t paid attention, start making the connection between how you feel, your energy levels, and your mood.  because chances are, when you feel good, things seem good, and when you feel bad, things seem bad.

to feel good you must eat real food, move functionally, spend time outdoors, barefoot, and in the sun. you must unplug from technology. you must spend time every morning being grateful, meditating, and thinking about what you want. and you must spend time with others.

our community is amazing. because we give everyone access to real food, functional fitness, and all the lifestyle factors crucial for health. THIS IS AN AMAZING FREAKIN’ LIFE.
